Does the fountain come with an operator?

Yes. A uniformed operator will deliver, assemble and supervise. When your evet is over we will disassemble and take the fountain away.

How far do you travel?

Any distance considered. Within 25 miles radius there is no charge, any further distance will carry an additional charge, dependent on location.

What kind of chocolate is used?

The very best Belgian chocolate, milk, dark or white chocolate. Other flavours on request.

How long does the fountain run for?

The average running time is 4 hours, but longer can be arranged.

Can the fountain be used outside?

No, as a slight breeze will disrupt the flow, and wasp, inspects etc. love chocolate! We are happy to set in marquees and tents for any event.

Who supplies the dipping food?

We can arrange all dipping foods, but if you want to provide your own, we have no objections.

What sort of electricity do we need?

All fountains use a domestic 13amp 3 prong plug and draws 2.5kw of power.

Do you provide table covering?

No, we ask for table covering to be available. This will help with your event coordination.
